The real decision was school commute, housing location, language comfort, medical access, and whether the parent who handles daily logistics could function without burning out. The first few weeks were not normal life. They were setup mode. Forms, phone plans, school messages, groceries, doctor appointments, transport routes, and apartment rules all arrived at once. My advice is to choose the option that makes weekdays easier, not the one that looks best in photos. Relocation does not fail because the city is bad. It fails when ordinary days become too heavy.
