School transition is our main reason, but I’m trying to separate the nice relocation idea from the actual weekday routine. I’m especially trying to understand this: Parent community in Kirkland, Redmond, and Bellevue?. One child is excited and the other is already upset, which makes every choice feel heavier. People keep mentioning Eastside commute, no AC in older homes, and tech work schedules. Which of those actually mattered most?
