Has anyone moved from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Bellevue, Washington and felt surprised by the day-to-day reality? Remote work lifestyle change is our main reason, but I’m trying to separate the nice relocation idea from the actual weekday routine. I’m especially trying to understand this: Kirkland vs Bellevue for a more human neighborhood feel?. We may rent first, but school timing and lease timing are making the decision stressful. People keep mentioning school pressure, bridge traffic, and Eastside commute. Which of those actually mattered most?
