Regular supermarket for basics, local market for produce, Asian stores for pantry items, online orders for specific ingredients, and occasional imported comfort foods. Madrid is workable, but not California-level Asian grocery convenience. We learned to simplify weekday meals and save specialty cooking for weekends.
