We are moving to Lisbon first, but my parents may join us for several months each year later. They do not want to drive abroad. They need walking access to grocery, pharmacy, cafes, clinic, parks, and maybe church. We need family housing and schools too. Which Lisbon areas work for older parents and kids together?
