Has anyone moved from Boise, Idaho to Frisco, Texas and felt surprised by the day-to-day reality? Moving for walkability is our main reason, but I’m trying to separate the nice relocation idea from the actual weekday routine. I’m especially trying to understand this: West Plano or Frisco if one parent works in Legacy West?. We may rent first, but school timing and lease timing are making the decision stressful. People keep mentioning school-zone pressure, summer heat, and long suburban drives. Which of those actually mattered most?
