1. Violation of Community or Group Guidelines
- Promoting harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
- Allowing or encouraging harassment or offensive behavior among members
- Posting or enabling inappropriate, misleading, or spammy content
2. Fraudulent Group Purpose or Identity
- Misrepresentation of the group’s intent, affiliation, or ownership
- Use of fake information or impersonation of an individual or business
3. Inactivity or Abandonment
- No meaningful activity, posts, or moderation within a 3-month period
- No response from the group administrator(s) after multiple attempts of contact from Outplore team
4. Unapproved Commercial Use
- Using the group primarily for advertising without proper authorization or subscription
- Soliciting payments, donations, or services without permission from Outplore team
5. Violation of Platform Policies or Legal Regulations
- Breach of platform Terms of Use, privacy policy, or applicable laws
- Involvement in illegal activities or intellectual property violations
6. Poor Member Moderation
- Repeated complaints or reports from users regarding the behavior within the group
- Failure to address violations or ensure a respectful and secure environment
Types of Group Action
- Warning: A formal notice with a request for immediate correction
- Temporary Suspension: Group visibility and interaction are paused for investigation
- Permanent Termination: Full removal of the group and its content from the platform

Group Admin Responsibility
Group admins are responsible for:
- Moderating member behavior and enforcing group rules
- Keeping the group purpose aligned with its original description
- Ensuring regular engagement and relevance of content
- Responding to platform notices or user concerns in a timely manner

- Encourage respectful, helpful discussions
- Welcome new members and promote active participation
3. Moderate Content & Behavior
- Approve or decline member requests and posts if needed
- Remove spam, misleading, or irrelevant posts
- Warn or remove members who violate rules
4. Maintain Group Purpose
- Ensure the group stays aligned with its intended mission (e.g., location-specific relocation help, service coordination, cultural guidance)
- Prevent misuse of the group for unrelated advertising or off-topic content
5. Respond Promptly
- Address member concerns and questions in a timely, respectful manner
- Reply to messages or notices from platform moderators/admins
6. Keep Group Information Updated
- Maintain accurate descriptions, images, rules, and contact information for the group
- Ensure all linked services or resources remain active and appropriate
Admin Powers
As a designated admin, you are granted the following powers within your group:
- Manage Membership: Approve, decline, or remove members
- Control Posting Settings: Decide whether posts require admin approval
- Moderate Discussions: Edit or delete posts and comments that violate guidelines
- Report Issues: Flag users, content, or technical problems directly to the platform team
Admin Misconduct
Admins who:
- Abuse their power,
- Fail to moderate harmful content,
- Use the group for personal or commercial gain without authorization, or
- Violate platform-wide policies
may be warned, suspended, or removed from their role, and their group may be subject to review or termination.

- Be consistent and fair in applying group rules
- Encourage member contributions and diverse perspectives
- Share helpful resources and updates regularly
- Monitor group performance and adjust strategy as needed
Terms of Use for Contributors Creating Groups
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Global Relocation Community. By using this Platform and creating a group, you (“Contributor”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). These Group Terms govern your use of the Platform, your creation and management of groups, and your interactions with other contributors, users, and services.
Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create a group or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To create a group on the Platform, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be a registered Contributor on Outplore.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the sign-up process and maintain it thereafter.
3. Group Creation and Management
As a Contributor, you have the right to create and manage a group on the Platform. You agree to the following terms related to group creation and management:
- Content Ownership: By creating a group, you retain ownership of any content you post within the group. However, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
- Group Purpose: Your group must serve the intended purpose of the Platform, i.e., to facilitate communication and support within the relocation community. Groups created for unrelated commercial, political, or illegal activities may be suspended or terminated.The global
- Group Rules: You are responsible for establishing, enforcing, and updating the group’s rules and guidelines. These rules must align with the Platform’s overall Community Guidelines.
- Moderation: As the group creator, you are responsible for moderating the group’s discussions and ensuring that all interactions are respectful, constructive, and compliant with the Platform’s terms.
4. Contributor Responsibilities
By creating and managing a group, you agree to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain a Safe and Respectful Environment: Ensure the group remains a safe space for all members, free of harassment, abuse, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Report Violations: Monitor the group for violations of the Platform’s Community Guidelines and report any issues to Platform administrators.
- Timely Responses: Respond to any member inquiries or issues within a reasonable time frame.
- Promote Relevant Content: Only promote content relevant to the relocation industry, moving services, or other approved topics.
5. Prohibited Activities
As a group creator, you must refrain from engaging in or allowing the following activities within your group:
- Misleading or Deceptive Content: Posting or encouraging the distribution of misleading or fraudulent information.
- Commercial Use: Using the group primarily for marketing, advertising, or the promotion of products and services unrelated to relocation or the Platform
- Harmful Conduct: Encouraging or participating in any illegal activities or actions that may harm the Platform, its users, or its reputation.
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages or promotions to group members.
6. Account Termination and Suspension
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and group creation privileges if:
- You violate these Terms of Use or any other policies of the Platform.
- Your group is found to be in violation of the Community Guidelines.
- You engage in activities that harm or disrupt the Platform or other users.
- You fail to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
- You repeatedly ignore warnings or feedback from the Outplore administrators.
Upon suspension or termination of your account or group, you will lose access to the group and may be restricted from creating future groups on the Platform.
7. Group Content and Intellectual Property
As a Contributor, you are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or share within your group is not infringing upon any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents. By posting content in your group, you confirm that you have the right to use such content and grant the Platform a license to use it as part of its operation.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
When you create and manage a group, you agree that the Platform may collect and process certain personal and group-related information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This information may be used for the purpose of improving the user experience, moderating content, and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its administrators, and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of your actions, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Use, infringement of intellectual property rights, or illegal activities conducted within your group.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Platform, including the creation and management of groups. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Amendments to the Terms of Use
The Platform reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Platform after such modifications will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
